Issue Reported

Waterplace Condo required a new LPR (License Plate Recognition) system to automate vehicle entry and exit across visitor, resident, and exit lanes.

Site Findings

Site assessment confirmed three vehicle lanes required LPR coverage: visitor lane, resident lane, and exit lane. Existing barrier systems and guardhouse infrastructure were suitable for integration with new LPR kiosks.

Job Scope

  • Supply LPR cameras and kiosks for visitor, resident and exit lanes
  • Install LPR kiosks and mounting pedestals at each lane
  • Wire power and data connections to each LPR unit
  • Integrate LPR system with existing CAME barrier systems
  • Configure lane recognition and barrier trigger logic
  • Test LPR capture and barrier operation across all lanes

Work Performed

  • Supplied and installed LPR system for visitor lane, resident lane and exit lane
  • Installed LPR kiosks with internal power supply and wiring
  • Integrated LPR cameras with existing barrier systems
  • Configured lane-based recognition and automated barrier trigger
  • Commissioned and tested all three lanes for reliable operation

Materials Replaced

  • LPR Camera Units
  • LPR Kiosks and Pedestals
  • Power Supply and Wiring Components

Result

The LPR system was successfully supplied and installed across visitor, resident, and exit lanes. Vehicle recognition and automated barrier operation are now functioning reliably across all lanes.

Recommendation

Schedule periodic cleaning and calibration of LPR cameras to maintain accurate plate recognition, and arrange preventive maintenance for the integrated barrier systems.

Technician Notes

Three LPR kiosks installed and wired. Lane recognition configured and integrated with existing barriers. All lanes tested and commissioned on site.
