Site Findings

On-site inspection confirmed the existing floor track, gear track, and rollers were worn and the entrance and exit motor systems required replacement. Ground preparation was needed to anchor the new motor housings, and the gate frame required grinding and refitting to suit the new track and drive components.

  • Installed a new metal floor track aligned to the gate travel path
  • Fitted a new gear track along the sliding gate frame
  • Replaced the roller set to restore smooth gate travel
  • Prepared the concrete base with anchor studs for the motor housings
  • Installed and wired the entrance and exit motor systems
  • Ground and refitted gate frame components as required
  • Conducted operational and safety testing of the gate

Materials Replaced

  • Metal Floor Track
  • Gear Track
  • Roller Set
  • Entrance Motor System
  • Exit Motor System
  • Motor Housing Anchor Studs & Concrete Base

Result

The new metal floor track, gear track, rollers, and entrance/exit motor systems were successfully installed and tested. The sliding gate now operates smoothly under automated control with reliable entry and exit motor operation.

Recommendation

Schedule regular preventive maintenance for the track, gear track, rollers, and motor systems to extend the lifespan of the gate and prevent unexpected failures.
