Project Overview

ESE delivered an integrated security and vehicle access package at Parc Seabreeze Condo (532 Joo Chiat Road), combining an LPR system, a CCTV surveillance system, an automatic gantry barrier system, and an intercom & access control system to secure both vehicle and pedestrian entry.

Scope of Works

  • Site survey and cable routing planning across the vehicle and pedestrian entry points
  • Supply and installation of LPR cameras for automated vehicle identification
  • Supply and installation of CCTV cameras covering the entrance, guardhouse and perimeter
  • Supply and installation of an ESE-branded automatic gantry barrier system
  • Installation of intercom and access control terminals for visitor and resident access
  • Installation of pedestrian gate with intercom panel and safety delineator posts
  • Electrical works — distribution board wiring and power supply to all systems
  • Testing, commissioning and live view verification

Challenges

Parc Seabreeze Condo required a unified vehicle and pedestrian access upgrade at an active residential entrance, combining automated license plate recognition, CCTV surveillance, gantry barrier control, and intercom communication into a single reliable system while maintaining smooth access for residents and visitors.

Our Solution

ESE designed, supplied and installed an integrated solution featuring an LPR system for automated vehicle recognition, a CCTV surveillance system covering the entrance and guardhouse, an ESE-branded gantry barrier with reflective boom arm, and intercom access control terminals at both the vehicle and pedestrian gates. All systems were wired through a dedicated electrical distribution board and coordinated with the guardhouse for centralised operation.

Result / Outcome

  • Automated vehicle entry and exit with license plate recognition
  • ESE-branded gantry barrier for controlled vehicle access
  • 24/7 CCTV surveillance coverage of entrance, guardhouse and perimeter
  • Intercom and access control for visitor and resident management
  • Integrated electrical distribution board powering all security systems
