Roxy Square Coffee Shop Electrical Works & CCTV System

ESE supplied and installed the electrical works and a Hikvision CCTV surveillance system for a coffee shop / food court stall at Roxy Square, providing safe power distribution and comprehensive coverage of the stall and food court area.

• Site survey and cable routing planning within the food court stall
• Supply and installation of electrical distribution board and meter panel
• Wiring and termination of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs)
• Supply and installation of Hikvision CCTV cameras covering stall and food court
• Cable trunking and conduit installation along tiled walls

Works were carried out within an operational food court environment, requiring neat cable routing along tiled walls and coordination around the stall's daily operations. The compact stall space meant the electrical distribution board, meter panel and CCTV NVR had to be mounted cleanly on limited wall space while keeping all wiring concealed and compliant.

ESE deployed a trained installation team to mount the electrical distribution board and meter panel on a wooden backing board fixed to the tiled wall, with all MCBs and coloured wiring terminated neatly. Hikvision CCTV cameras were installed to cover the stall and food court area, with cabling run through white trunking to a wall-mounted NVR and live view monitor. Network and fiber terminations were completed and the system was configured and verified via the live view before handover.
