Questa @ Dunman required a comprehensive vehicle access and security upgrade combining automated license plate recognition, a sliding gate for pedestrian and service access, a gantry barrier for vehicle control, CCTV surveillance, and intercom communication — all integrated into a single reliable system while maintaining smooth access for residents and visitors.

ESE designed, supplied and installed an integrated solution featuring an ESE LPR pedestal with camera for automated vehicle identification, a sliding gate system for controlled access, a CAME gantry barrier with red-and-white boom arm for vehicle entry control, a CCTV surveillance system covering the entrance, and an intercom system for resident and visitor communication. All systems were wired through dedicated control units and coordinated for centralised operation.
