Malvern Springs required a modern, integrated vehicle access and security upgrade for its residential entrance, combining intercom communication, automated barrier control, license plate recognition, and swing gate automation into a single reliable system while maintaining smooth access for residents and visitors.

ESE designed, supplied, and installed an integrated solution featuring an ESE intercom system with mobile app support, a barrier system with LED illumination, an LPR system for automated vehicle identification, and an auto swing gate motor replacement. All components were wired through a dedicated control cabinet and ESE PoE networking hardware, with a centralised ESE integrated security terminal providing visitor self-registration, guard calling, and resident communication.
