Installation of CCTV System for Lifts

Supply, installation and commissioning of a Hikvision CCTV surveillance system within passenger lift cars to enhance in-cabin security monitoring.

Installing CCTV within an operational lift car required careful coordination with lift maintenance access, working within the confined lift car and atop the lift car in the shaft. Cable routing had to avoid interference with lift moving components while maintaining a neat, concealed finish that preserved the lift cabin's interior aesthetics.

ESE deployed a trained installation team to mount Hikvision dome cameras at the ceiling corner of each lift car, routing cabling through the lift car top and junction boxes to the controller. Wiring was terminated cleanly at the terminal blocks, and the system was configured and verified via the Hikvision web live view interface to confirm camera feed, recording and remote access before handover.
